More info about Virool:The videos are being displayed through the whole day (most often there are many videos, but they are displayed only for a short time).
Sometimes they appear by themselves, but sometimes you have to refresh the page.

Use the "Refresh the Table" button to reload and update the Table of Earnings.
When you see your name in the table, it means Coins were added to your account, so you know you got rewarded and you can close the page with Offers or you can refresh the page with Offers to see if there arent any new Videos.
You do not need to refresh the whole page, just click on the Offer picture to refresh the offers.

If reward does not display in the list at all, the error is not at our side. Virool has evaluated the offer as uncompleted. Try to reload the page and watch the video again.
Why Virool evaluated the offer as uncompleted even if I watched the whole video?You should contact Virool with this question, we are only the mediators of their offers.
However, the most common cause is that the video from Virool has only a certain amount of credits so only a limited number of users can see the video and gets paid.
When you see the video as available and you click on it, the video has still enough credits at that time. But the video's credits get all used up by watching the video by other users before you watch the video to the part when you should get paid. Therefore you are not entitled to get the reward.
