PayPal has changed their ToS in Jan 2016. That is why we had to make the following changes to meet their TOS:
1.) You must have a verified Paypal account to make a purchase. (Your Payza or Perfectmoney account must be verified too)
2.) Only members that purchased something via Paypal in past can withdraw to Paypal. (You must purchase something via PayPal to be able to withdraw via PayPal) Your PayPal account must be verified. If your PayPal account will not be verified we will refund the payment and you will not get verified.
We set PayPal accounts as verified for those members who already bought something at us with verified PayPal, those members can withdraw via PayPal immediately.
We verify members PayPal accounts manually, you will not get verified automatically after purchase.
3.) Members who have not purchased anything can withdraw to Payza or Perfectmoney. Your account must be verified.
4.) Minimum withdraw has raised to $5.3 (because Paypal does not like transactions under $5). Minimum withdraw for Payza and Perfectmoney remains the same at $1.5.
5.) Minimum purchase is $5 with PayPal.
6.) You cannot change your PayPal, Payza nor Perfectmoney account from now on. If you want to change your PayPal, Payza or Perfectmoney account, make a purchase with the new PayPal, Payza or Perfectmoney account first and then send us a support ticket.
7.) Your full name in your PayPal, Payza or Perfectmoney account has to match your full name in your account at BestRefback4U.
8.) We made a lot of changes in our Shop, we have added many ad credits packages for around $5 and yearly upgrade for $5 so you have many options to choose from now when buying something because of the new cashout rule.
