Hello,
yes, you are right. Since the notifying of new support tickets in Helpdesk does not work (and I still dont know why), it happens I forget to check it. It is much faster to ask support via email (Contact form).
Anyway, your issue is resolved.

Update: I changed the emails settings, lets see if it sends emails now.
