I am Pvtraffic admin,I have to thank you for your deposit on Sept 2st,but we are not receive it bsc its freeze by paypal,so please help us confirm your deposit on your paypal(admin@pvtraffic.com) than after will receive it ,it will help us to pay more and fast when you cashout.please reply when you receive email thanks.

What does mean  "it bsc its freeze by paypal"? And I did confirm the deposit, it's that a problem?
