Terms of Service

BestRefback4U.com is a refback reward site. We pay you a certain % of the earnings you earn for us as our referral at the sites listed in our Refback program ('Refback Sites') (sometimes generally called PTC sites).

These Terms and Conditions exist for the benefit of BestRefback4U.com and its members. Please read carefully and understand below Terms of Service. BestRefback4U.com, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to suspend/delete the account of any member caught in violation of the Terms and Conditions without notice. Joining or Participating in our system indicate you have read and agree with our Terms of Service.

• 1. User Account
  1.1.You are not allowed to create more than 1 account per person. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the termination of all of them.
  1.1.1. However, each member of your household can create his own account. More accounts from the same IP are allowed. Your family is welcome!
  1.1.2. One computer can be used by multiple members.
  1.2. After 90 days of inactivity on the Refback Sites your account Earnings at BestRefback4U.com can be cleared. If an account is inactive for 180 days then it will be automatically suspended and its Earning, Referrals and Advertising credits will be cleared.
  1.2.1. If you do not join any of the Refback sites during 30 days after sign up, your account can be deleted.
  1.2.2. We do not require everyday's activity at the Refback sites, but if you are inactive for more than 30 days (or according to the Refback sites' ToS) at some of the Refback sites, you can be deleted from our referrals at those sites. In this case we stop to give refback from those Refback sites and we delete you from our referral team at BestRefback4U.com too.
  1.2.2.1. You are responsible for ensuring that your account at the Refback sites will not be suspended/deleted.
  1.2.2.1.1. If a Refback site suspends/deletes your account before we receive our payment from this Refback site, you will be deleted from our referral team at BestRefback4U.com and you are not entitled to receive refback from this Refback site. You are responsible for ensuring that your account at the Refback site will remain active at least till the date when we receive our payment from the Refback site if you want to receive refback from the Refback site for the period preceding the date when we requested our payment at the Refback site.
  1.2.2.2. You can be deleted from our referral team at BestRefback4U.com, if we have reached our referral limit at some of the Refback sites, if you are inactive for more than 30 days at these Refback sites.
  1.3. You cannot share any of your personal details like password, Payment Emails etc with any other person also holding account at BestRefback4U.com. If found all of the accounts sharing any personal information will be suspended/deleted permanently.
  1.4. If your account is suspended you cannot create new account. Doing so will get your new account suspended as well.
  1.5. Accounts are not transferable.
  1.6. We do not change any information about your account upon request.
  1.7. We never change your personal details, e-mails nor login log on your account.
  1.8. We are not responsible for your account on BestRefback4U.com.
  1.8.1. You are responsible for protecting your account by strong password which you do not use anywhere else.
  1.9. We are not responsible for theft of your account on BestRefback4U.com.
  1.10. Your account information always must be accurate and true. False and inaccurate information can lead to account suspension.
  1.10.1. Your name and surname has to be real, it must match what is specified in your identity card. Fake name will lead to account suspension.
  1.11. By becoming a member of BestRefback4U.com, you agree to receive newsletters, information about your account and special offers and other good plans from BestRefback4U.com and our partners. You can also decide at any time to stop receiving these emails, simply login to your account and set it there.
  1.12. Account of any member acting unethical or unprofessional or violating the Terms and Conditions may be removed without refund at the sole discretion of BestRefback4U.com with all future commissions or products usage forfeited.
  1.12.1. Membership at BestRefback4U.com is voluntary and therefore may be canceled at any time by the member.
  1.12.2. Any member that has canceled his account or his account was terminated/suspended/deleted will forfeit all benefits and privileges associated with BestRefback4U.com. Any positions held in participating Programs/Refback Sites will also be forfeited and ownership will be reassigned to BestRefback4U.com. All account stats (including earnings, referrals and advertising credits) will be cleared. No refunds will be given.
  1.13. It is the responsibility of members to keep their personal records up to date at the members area. BestRefback4U.com will not be responsible for communication error due to incorrect or out of date contact information. Continued failed attempts to make contact with you may result in the termination of your membership.
  1.14. If you violate our ToS, your account will be suspended/deleted. All suspended/deleted accounts will have all its stats (including earnings, referrals and advertising credits) cleared and no refunds will be given.


• 2. Referrals
  2.1. Amount of referrals member can have is not limited.
  2.2. You only earn from directly referred referrals being referred directly by you.
  2.2.1. You get certain % of your referrals earnings. The % depends on the type of your membership.
  2.3. Each of your referrals, as user, must have unique email address, name etc.
  2.4. You must not send unsolicited email or force anyone in any other way into becoming your referral. We will verify such incidents and they will result in account termination.
  2.4.1. Spamming on BestRefback4U.com and spamming when promoting our site is strictly forbidden. If found, your account will be terminated.
  2.5. You cant change your referrer nor do we change it.
  2.6. It is strictly forbidden to promote our site in autosurfs. If found, your account will be terminated.
  2.7. We do not allow using services that are selling referrals nor PTSU. Suspection of breaking this rule will lead to your account suspension.


• 3. Anti-Cheat Policy
  3.1. Any attempt to cheat/hack our system will be logged and may lead to an immediate suspension.
  3.1.1. Your private information can be stored and used in such case for any necessary legal action against you even after your account termination.
  3.2. All suspended accounts will have all their balances reset, all referrals taken away and no refunds will be given.
  3.3. We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without warning or notice.
  3.4. We do not allow the use of Proxy Servers to Register an Account or to interact with Offerwalls on our site - this will lead to your account suspension.
  3.5. If you send too many fake refback requests in 1 day, your account will be suspended.
  3.5.1. Fake refback request is when you did not use our referral link to register under us to a Refback Site (for example when you are already registered under someone else/with no referrer) and you send refback request anyway. If you are not under us (if you did not use our referral link for sign up) do not send request or your account will be suspended.


• 4. Payments to BestRefback4U.com
  4.1. All payments are to be made using the links available at your account. No other method of payment will be accepted.
  4.2. All payments made to BestRefback4U.com are non-refundable and all chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension.
  4.3. We only accept payments through verified Payza, Perfectmoney.


• 5. Payments to Users
  5.1. All payments are made only to verified Payza, Perfectmoney, SolidTrustPay account or Bitcoin. No other methods are available at this moment.
  5.2. You must manually request for payment to be processed.
  5.3. Your payment will be processed and issued within 1-30 days of request (standard membership). Premium members payments will be processed and issued within 1-14 days of request.
  5.3.1. Payment can take longer if the situation requires it - if additional verifications are needed, etc.
  5.4. $1.5 minimum payouts for Payza, Perfectmoney, SolidTrustPay and $10 for Bitcoin.
  5.4.1. $10 maximum payouts for standard members, maximum payout for upgraded members depends on the type of their membership.
  5.5. You can only request one payment at a time.
  5.6. You have to accept your payment via your payment processor within 30 days from the day you received your payment. Failure to do so will result in deletion of the payment from our system and such payment is non-refundable.
  5.7. We are responsible only for submitting your payment to the payment processor. Any action after that is to be handled by the payment processor's support.
  5.7.1. We make no refunds or reimbursements to account values after payments have been sent.
  5.7.2. We are not responsible for incorrectly entered email addresses or bank account numbers. If payment has already been sent to the email or bank account number that you entered wrong, you do not have the right to receive the payment. So please be very careful when filling in the data.
  5.7.3. You must have a verified payment processor account in order to receive a payment.
  5.8. Fees for payments depend on the type of payment processor.
  5.9. You have to upload your payment proof to BestRefback4U.com site after receiving payment in order to be able to receive another payment.
  5.10. Earnings in your account in section My account -> Refback joined -> Earnings are only approximate. If the Refback Site do not send us our payment, we will not pay you the earnings from this Refback Site. If we receive less than what we have requested on the Refback Site, there will be a percentage fee applied to your earnings from this Refback Site.
  5.11. Member who cheated and has pending payment do not have the right to receive the payment.


• 6. Advertisements
  6.1. The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other inappropriate materials of any kind.
  6.1.1. HYIP, MLM sites and sites selling referrals are not allowed.
  6.2. The title and description of the ad must be in English.
  6.3. The website must not contain or promote any viruses.
  6.4. We reserve the right to refuse any advertisement that we consider not suitable for display.


• 7. Illegal activity.
  7.1. Members may not present BestRefback4U.com promotions on any page, newsgroup, email or any distribution method that is regarded objectionable by BestRefback4U.com, its Internet Service Providers, or otherwise considered unlawful according to any controlling legal authority. This includes, but is not limited to, pornography, computer viruses, prostitution, obscenity or Spam. 7.2. BestRefback4U.com strictly prohibits the use of UCE or SPAM. This enforcement is at the sole discretion of BestRefback4U.com and for the benefit of all its members. Members proven to be participating in such activities will have their memberships canceled.


• 8. Refund Policy
  8.1. Fees for upgrading your membership or purchasing intangible items are generally non-refundable. Aside from this, we will work with you to solve any problems you may have.
  8.2. If you initiate a chargeback at payment processor, you will be reported as cheater, who breakes our Terms of Service, your request will be rejected and your account on BestRefback4U.com will be suspended and no refunds will be given.


• 9. Privacy Policy
  9.1. BestRefback4U.com will never give your sensitive data to third parties (does not apply to point 3.1.1.).
  9.1.1. We will never sell, rent or give your email to anyone (does not apply to point 3.1.1.).


• 10. Liability
  10.1. BestRefback4U.com will not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by acts of God, war, terrorism, strike, labor dispute, work stoppage, fire, act of government, or any other cause, whether similar or dissimilar, beyond our control.
  10.1.1. BestRefback4U.com will in no way be liable for the actions of third parties that may in any way cause members harm.
  10.2. BestRefback4U.com reserves the right to restrict, alter, or modify fees, benefits, rules, regulations, special offers, membership terms and conditions or terminate services any time and without notice.
  10.2.1. In the event of termination of services you are not entitled to the payment of funds in your account at BestRefback4U.com, these funds can not be labeled as something we owe you.
  10.3. BestRefback4U.com is not responsible for any tax payment for you on what you receive from us. It's your responsibility to declare what you've received and pay your country's taxes.
  10.3.1. You, the member, are responsible for any and all taxes payable in you resident domicile or jurisdiction, for any income you receive either from BestRefback4U.com or any program promoted via the BestRefback4U.com program.
  10.4. We are not responsible for our members, advertisers, advertisements or third parties.
  10.4.1. We are not liable for any damages caused by the behavior of other users.
  10.5. You are responsible for your investment/purchases. We do not guarantee that you earn more than you put in.
  10.6. We do not guarantee, that any Refback Sites (even those marked as Legit) will not become scam and that they will pay us and/or you! Noone can know if or when a Refback Site will end. We can only help you to choose those Refback Sites that we believe to have the lowest risk. We do not exclude the risk of scam, you are carrying the risk. We are not responsible for any losses of earned money - both at the Refback Sites and at BestRefback4U.com - and we do not compensate any losses.
  10.6.1. If a Refback Site does not pay us, we do not pay refback to you too.


• 11. Refback
  11.1. Refback is a reward for your activity at a Refback Site. To obtain refback it is required to be our direct referral on the Refback Site. We split the earnings - that you have earned us on the Refback Site - with you. Refback is counted only from what we have actually received from the Refback Site.
  11.1.1. If there are any data needed to calculate refback missing, you are not entitled to refback.
  11.1.2. If we receive less than what we requested at the Refback Site, a proportional percentage fee is deducted from your refback.
  11.1.2.1. If a Refback Site when sending money and/or a payment processor when receiving money from a Refback Site charges a fee, we deduct this fee from refback by proportional percentage.
  11.1.3. The proportional percentage fee can be increased also due to other reasons, eg. buying upgrade, deleting referrals fee and more. We dont pay more on refback than what we were paid by the Refback Site.
  11.1.4. Refback will be paid for the period before requesting payment on the Refback Site and only if we have received this payment.
  11.2. If your referrer would not be active on a Refback Site that requires activity for getting earnings from referrals so the earnings from your activity at this Refback Site would not be credited to him, we do not credit nor pay nor refund these not credited earnings.
  11.2.1. We have the right to be inactive on Refback Sites because of holidays, being ill, technical issues or other reasons.
  11.2.2. If earnings from referrals do not credit to your referrer because of technical issues/not enough ads/other reasons at any Refback Site, we do not credit nor pay nor refund these not credited earnings.
  11.2.3. The list of Refback Sites that do not require activity of referrer to credit his earnings from referrals can be found on our forum - earnings from referrals from these Refback Sites will be credited to your referrer even if he would not be active.
  11.3. We have the right to lower or raise the refback % and fees anytime. No refunds will be given.


• 11. Copyright Material, Chat, Forum and General Behaviour
  11.1. Any reproduction of part or all of the site is forbidden without prior agreement.
  11.2. All branding, logos and graphics contained within BestRefback4U.com are copyright use; distribution or copying of such content is expressly prohibited.
  11.2.1. BestRefback4U.com provides members with approved material for marketing within the members area.
  11.3. Spam, money offers, links, duplicated posts, illegal content, mentioning others usernames, nonsense posts and other inappropriate posts/messages are not allowed, will be deleted and will lead to your account suspension.
  11.4. Any accusation without any evidence, disrespect and other things against BestRefback4U.com, its owner or staff on any places will lead to your account suspension.
  11.5. If you bring directly or indirectly any kind of prejudicial to BestRefback4U.com, its owner or staff will lead to your account suspension.


• 12. Damaging Intent
  12.1. Account of any member who engages in chat, email, postings or any other medium, content that is deemed damaging to BestRefback4U.com and or its members will be terminated at BestRefback4U.com. Depending on seriousness, BestRefback4U.com may deem it appropriate to exercise legal action.


• 13. Subject to Change
  13.1. BestRefback4U.com reserves the right to update, modify, add or change the Terms and Conditions without notice.
  13.2. Although we have the right to change this agreement without any prior notice to our members, we may send out a notice to all of our members with the new terms and/or terms that have changed. If for any reason you do not accept the changes, you will need to contact us, and your account will be removed.
